Experience
I graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and a Master of Science in Mathematics. I have been tutoring mathematics since 1988. I love being able to tutor students online, where I am allowed to utilize the functions of a computer to help further explain difficult concepts and problems.I work on research projects related to math, including fractal geometry and the distribution of prime numbers. I also work with electromagnetic power storage devices, which I analyze through mathematical models.I teach a wide range of subjects in math, including algebra, calculus, elementary and middle school math, statistics, trigonometry, applied mathematics, developmental algebra, and linear algebra. However, geometry is my favorite subject to teach and study. In my spare time, I like to stay active and healthy through exercise and walking through nature reserves. I also like going to live music shows, especially jazz and organ concerts.
